Materials: NISE Net Nanotech Kit
Application deadline: December 10, 2010.
NISE Net, which sponsors the NanoDays event (March 26 through April 3, 2011), offers teachers a free physical nanotechnology kit to support a local Nanodays event. The kits include several hands-on activities (with supplies), resource materials, marketing materials, and more (see list below).
Applications for physical kits will be accepted from October 20, 2010 through December 10, 2010. A total of 200 kits are available for distribution. Kits will be shipped in early January, 2011.
What’s in the kit?
I. A set of guides and tools for engaging the public in nanoscale science:
