FIRST at US FIRST
On Sept.13, 2009, the annual FIRST Lego League drew 1,000 participants, almost 300 teams of students , each made up of to 10 members, ages 9 to 14. As part of the competition, each team will program a robot to conduct a series of tasks and give a 5-minute presentation on the year’s theme, transportation. The finalists will face off at Florida Tech in Melbourne next February. Read more of the news story in Florida.com
