Iowa State Engineering Kids (ISEK) program comprises of FIRST programming (FLL, Jr.FLL, and FTC), engineering summer camps, engineering outreach and the online ISEK club. Students involved in ISEK activities are challenged to explore and expand the limits of their science and engineering knowledge. Any teacher, parent or student interested in learning more about ISEK should visit the website and sign up for the email newsletter.

The Engineering is Elementary (EiE) project aims to foster engineering and technological literacy among children. EiE is creating a research-based, standards-driven, and classroom-tested curriculum that integrates engineering and technology concepts and skills with elementary science topics. EiE lessons not only promote K-12 science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) learning, but also connect with literacy and social studies.

The Science On Wheels Engineering van visits schools in all 39 counties of Washington State. Teachers perform an all-school presentation on the design process for three different types of engineering. Afterwards, students are visited in each classroom for hands-on design activities.
