jobsHubWorkerThe American Wind Energy Association, working with the National Energy Education Development Project (NEED Project), offers curriculum for teaching about wind energy at all levels, kindergarten through 12th grade. The material includes teacher and student guides with helpful background information and hands-on activities to explore motion, weather, the history of wind, and modern wind technology.

See the related kid-friendly Kidwind Project Website, with more material for students, teachers, and hobbyists, including background information, ideas for science fairs, wind-related job descriptions, resources and links and teacher training and funding opportunities.
