Engineering company Northrop Grumman provides a number of professional development and class resources for teachers. The resources and programs include Northrop’s Weightless Flights of Discovery Program, which allows teachers to experience microgravity; the EarthWatch Educator Program where teachers participate in an EarthWatch expedition focused on climate change or oceans preservation; the Galileo Teacher Training Program, which involves workshops using telescopic investigations of the moons of Jupiter and the phases of Venus; and the Northrop Grumman Charitable Contributions Program, which offers aid to public schools and charter schools with open enrollment.

The Northrop also maintains a large list of resources from other companies and organizations.
